We do not allow parties or events. The property is situated in a quiet family-orientated neighbourhood. All guests over 18 must sign a waiver and fill out a health and safety digital form for the use of all amenities. Glass/glass bottles and glass of any kind are strictly prohibited in the backyard/pool area - we provide alternatives however we advise guests to use plastic cups. Parking on the grass-front lawn is strictly prohibited. 4 cars max in the driveway.
